An 8mm square-edge cladding panel sized 10mm short of standard sheet dimensions, creating a 10mm expressed joint gap that frames each panel in stack-bond, stretcher-bond or custom geometric layouts. Site-painted, brad-nail fixed and installed as part of a cavity system with vertical battens and horizontal backing strips; typically used as a feature-wall treatment.

Mosaic Cladding Installation

Mosaic cladding is not pre-finished, it’s site painted. Designers can take advantage of the vast array of available exterior paint colours. Metallic paint can make it look like high-end express joint metal cladding.

The geometric express joint cladding systems used on commercial buildings, such as Surround Cladding, use a metal top hat fixing system. To make Mosaic cost-effective for detached houses, the express joint cladding system uses fibre cement battens instead of metal top hats.

The fibre cement cavity battens are used for the vertical express joints. ExpressWall® Backing Strips are used for the horizontal express joints.

Being fibre cement, Mosaic cladding is deemed suitable for use in applications where non-combustible materials are specified. As per the National Construction Code Volume One clause C2D1 Deemed-to-Satisfy Provisions (6) (d).

Suitable for Bushfire Attack Level up to BAL-29 when constructed in accordance with Australian Standard AS3959.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.
